From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with your sign-in method.
- Your account is scheduled for deletion. You have 7 days to change your mind by signing in again; after that it cannot be recovered.
Without the app
E-mail privacy@oncetoall.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- All posts, drafts, schedules and delivery records
- Uploaded images and videos
- Connected social accounts: the connection is removed and our publishing partner revokes stored authorizations. Already-published posts stay on the networks; remove them there if you wish.
- Sign in with Apple / Google links (revoked)
- Analytics identifiers are anonymised; crash logs expire within 90 days.
What is kept
Invoicing records required by Turkish tax law (10 years) and records needed to resolve disputes or prevent abuse, kept only as long as legally required.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings first, otherwise it may renew.

Saklananlar: vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği fatura kayıtları (10 yıl) ve uyuşmazlık/kötüye kullanım için yasal süre boyunca gereken kayıtlar. Abonelik: Hesabı silmek App Store / Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez; önce mağaza hesabından iptal et.
