1. Who we are
OnceToAll is operated by Semih Soyer, a sole proprietorship in Kartepe / Kocaeli, Türkiye ("we"). Contact: support@oncetoall.com.
2. What the service does
OnceToAll lets you compose a post once and publish or schedule it to social media accounts you connect (Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube, X). Publishing goes through the networks' official APIs via our publishing partner. Some features cannot be automated by the networks' rules; for those the App reminds you to post manually.
OnceToAll is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky or X.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the age requirements of every network you connect. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for complying with each network's terms, community guidelines and the law. You confirm the content you publish is your own original content or content you have the right to publish. We may remove content or suspend accounts used for spam, unlawful material, or abuse of the networks' APIs.
5. Publishing and delivery
We report the delivery status of every post per network and retry temporary failures automatically. We cannot guarantee that a network will accept, display or keep a post; networks change their rules, rate limits and APIs, and may restrict accounts. Scheduled posts are published as close to the chosen time as the networks allow (typically within a minute). Daily and monthly publishing limits apply per plan and per network and are shown in the App.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing period and renewal are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting the App or your OnceToAll account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account. If a free trial is offered, it converts to the paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. A lifetime plan, if offered, is a one-time purchase that does not renew.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use OnceToAll to send spam, publish identical content to many accounts in violation of a network's automation rules, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, scrape or overload our systems, or resell the service.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the App or at oncetoall.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party networks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in Türkiye and the EU.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the App at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Kocaeli, Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
