2. Description of Service
OnceToAll is a social media publishing tool that allows you to write content once and publish it simultaneously to multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube. The service requires you to authorize OnceToAll to act on your behalf on each connected platform.
3. Third-Party Platform Terms
By using OnceToAll to publish to a platform, you also agree to that platform's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. This includes the Terms of Service of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, X Corp., and Google (YouTube). You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish complies with each platform's rules and guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OnceToAll to: publish spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; impersonate any person or organization; or use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or those of third-party platforms.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through OnceToAll. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content to the social platforms you designate, solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.
6. Service Availability
We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. Publishing to third-party platforms depends on the availability of their APIs, which is outside our control. We are not liable for failed posts due to platform API outages, rate limits, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that engage in behavior that harms other users or the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnceToAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or failed publications.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to our place of business.
